CAMERON COLE

Cameron Cole graduated from the University of Western Australia, completing a double degree in which he gained a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Communications). After working full time in Canada, Cameron returned to the law in 2016 and completed his admission requirements at the College of Law in Perth. This involved completing a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice as well as attaining a Diploma of Legal Business Skills. Cameron was admitted to practice after completing his Practical Legal Training in 2016 and 2017. He has been with Porter Scudds since 2016.

As barrister and solicitor, Cameron has experience across a broad range of matters, including serious assaults, serious drug charges and sexual offences. Cameron has been closely involved with trials and sentencings ranging from drink driving in the Magistrates Court through to charges of murder in the Supreme Court of Western Australia. Cameron firmly believes that a client should receive the same attention to detail, no matter what the charge. He has a keen interest in expert evidence and frequently liaises with experts in DNA, crash reconstruction, fingerprints, and other areas.
